The Cocker-Fulton Studio is our third floor open studio space, which is offered at an affordable booking rates to photographers, videographers, and more.

At approximately 640 square feet, the studio has exposed brick walls, wood floors and large windows, making it an ideal setting for video shoots, photography sessions, rehearsals and small group meetings. Please note that the third floor space is not accessible by elevator so all access is via stairs.

The studio is booked on a 3 hour minimum, with additional hours billed. Bookings are charged per whole hour only ie. no half hours or parts thereof. Individuals are required to sign a booking agreement and pay the booking fee in advance to secure the space. Please be advised this room is heavily used and availability for a particular date and time is not guaranteed. Individuals are recommended to book at least six (6) weeks in advance if possible.
